By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that this data is used specifically to curate matches, and your profile details (including your name, profile picture, course, age, and phone number upon mutual matching) will be displayed publicly on your profile to other active users on the platform.

Location Data & Radar Features: If enabled, we use your precise or approximate location (via browser/GPS) to power proximity-based matching features like the "Location Radar" (e.g., determining if you are within a 10KM radius of a match). This data is strictly used for matchmaking and is not shared with third-party advertisers.

3. Use of Information: We use your data to provide, improve, and personalize our matchmaking services, process payments safely, send important notifications, and organize potential dates with verified merchants.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data to data brokers. We may share necessary details (e.g., your name and contact info) with our verified Merchant Partners strictly for the purpose of fulfilling "Date Bookings" that you initiate.

5. Data Security & Your Rights: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your chat logs and personal data from unauthorized access. You retain the right to access, modify, or permanently delete your account and personal data at any time via your account settings.
