Welcome to FIND YOUR MATCH. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing and using this application, you agree to comply with these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. This platform is intended primarily for students of recognized institutions and verified residents of the community.

2. User Conduct & Community Rules

You agree to treat all members with respect. Harassment, hate speech, explicit unsolicited content, spam, and bullying are strictly prohibited. Our AI Moderation system actively monitors the platform. Delstarford Works reserves the right to instantly and permanently ban any user found violating these rules without warning or refund.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (M-Pesa)

• Student Access: Core matching features require a monthly subscription fee, payable via Safaricom M-Pesa.
• Business Partners: Merchant and venue listings require a distinct monthly business subscription.
• Refunds: All payments made for premium features and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable unless required by Kenyan law.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

FIND YOUR MATCH facilitates online connections and suggests offline partner venues. However, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly advise meeting in public spaces. Delstarford Works is not liable for any offline conduct or incidents.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
